I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, though spacious, felt a bit old-fashioned with dated decorations, and being above the restaurant caused some noise disturbance. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, and the location, despite some drawbacks, offered stunning views and access to various attractions. Dining was a hit or miss with a good selection but overpriced items. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.

Wow, I was blown away by this hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, with two floors and two bathrooms, one of them huge. Despite lacking a fan when requested and the absence of a bar or iron, the room's condition was excellent and impeccably clean. The service was outstanding, especially at breakfast and the front desk. However, there was a concerning practice of requesting a guarantee at check-in against room damage. The location was beautiful, just by the Riessersee, though a bit secluded and requiring a car to access. The dining experience was extraordinary with a delicious German buffet. The facilities were top-notch, with housekeeping, ski pass vendor, and more available.

The hotel has a traditional look and offers rooms with balconies, but security was a concern at 0700. The service was a mix of amazing and unfriendly encounters. The location is beautiful and developed by an amazing group, ideal for skiing and light walking. The dining had a good variety, but unfortunately, time was limited to enjoy spa facilities. Superb amenities and assistance are available.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, especially for non-German speakers. The location is quiet, with easy access to walking paths around the lake and into the surrounding mountains. The dining experience provides a variety of drinks, but wellness areas may have a strange smell. Overall, a lovely place to stay with some minor drawbacks.

The service, particularly the bartenders, was exceptional, going above and beyond even in busy times. The location was excellent for starting hikes right from the hotel, although a bit far from town. The dining experience was delightful with a great variety of local products. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything we needed during our stay.
